[Eagle-i-admins] broken SWEET help link

Hi Faith,

Could you double check your properties file? Those two links are 
technically served by different applications and use a different 
navigation source (although they look similar). The SWEET application 
uses the property 
"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.sweetNavbarUrl"/"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.sweetFooterNavbarUrl" 
& the landing page (second link you mentioned) use the property 
"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.institutionNavbarUrl"/"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.institutionFooterNavbarUrl".
