We have the following settings in place in eagle-i-apps.properties:

eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.sweetNavbarUrl=
https://www.eagle-i.net/embed/sweet-navigation/


eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.institutionNavbarUrl=
https://www.eagle-i.net/embed/institution-navigation/
