[Eagle-i-admins] broken SWEET help link

Hi,

Thanks for the message.

We have set these urls as specified in the release notes, but the HELP link
does not function for us from https://eagle-i.itmat.upenn.edu/sweet

The HELP link is functional from http://eagle-i.itmat.upenn.edu/

Is there something else we should look for?
