[Eagle-i-admins] Dev instance on AWS not restarting properly

Hello,

We have a development instance running on AWS.  I recently had to stop the instance and start it again via the EC2 Dashboard.  Within the Dashboard all indicators show the app should be fine.

But I get a 'connection refused’ from the browser.  Any ideas why the web app won’t start?

Here’s the output from the console when it restarts.
