- SHRINE National, a pilot linking eight medical centers nationwide to focus on discovering co-morbidities related to primary diagnoses of diabetes and autism:

- Clinical Translational Science Institute at University of Washington
- Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research
- Partners HealthCare
- The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston
