The SHRINE team and collaborators have deployed two successful networks.

  • SHRINE at Harvard Medical School (HMS), linking 5 HMS-affiliated hospitals:
    • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center

    • Boston Children's Hospital
    • Brigham and Women's Hospital
    • Dana–Farber Cancer Institute
    • Massachusetts General Hospital
  • SHRINE National, a pilot linking eight medical centers nationwide to focus on discovering co-morbidities related to primary diagnoses of diabetes and autism:
    • Boston Children's Hospital
    • Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
    • Clinical Translational Science Institute at University of Washington
    • Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research
    • Partners HealthCare
    • The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston
    • Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center
