[Eagle-i-admins] Eagle-i 4.5.1 Release Notes

The current release on the central site is 4.5.1 (upgraded 2/3/17) but the release notes are only posted up to 4.3.0.
Can the Release Notes on the site be updated to summarize changes between 4.3.0 and 4.5.1?
