[Eagle-i-admins] Version 4.0.0 now available

Dear eagle-i sys admins,

We are pleased to announce the release of version 4.0.0 of the eagle-i 
software. Release notes are available 
https://open.med.harvard.edu/wiki/display/eaglei/4.0.0+Release+Notes+(Current+Release).

Notable changes in this version are:
* Significant ontology update
* Repository now uses encrypted passwords

Please note that because of the change to use encrypted passwords, 
upgraded repository user databases will not be compatible with pre 4.0.0 
versions. Also, there are significant ontology changes around the 
disease ontology. We have documented expected compatibility issues if 
upgrades are not done. We strongly recommend institutions to upgrade.
