[Eagle-i-admins] upgrade help

[Todd Hall]

I setup a test server for Eagle-I to perform the upgrade to 3.07 and then to
3.0.4.  Below is what I'm getting following the prerequisite upgrade via the
release notes and the upgrade instructions.

 

Any ideas?
