[Eagle-i-admins] deprecated email properties

Hi Sukie,

All the properties referenced on the release notes page are for the eagle-i-apps.properties file.
Any property that begins with 'eaglei.repository' is for the repository's configuration.properties file.

So all eaglei.email.* properties go in eagle-i-apps.properties and they replace many of the ones listed in the "deprecated" section of the release notes.
