A question was asked about upgrading from (the heretofore current) version 2.- MS2.14 of eagle-I to the now current version 2.0 MS 3.07:

Is it necessary to perform all intermediate upgrades?

The answer is no – you can go there in one step.

It does sometimes happen that there is a data-migration issue (some modifications can be necessary), and if that had been the case, it would be necessary to perform such data-migration steps in order to get the data-repository content from the earlier version to the later version. But for this upgrade there is no such data-migration needed.

But you should still perform the usual repository backup in case of problems.
