[Eagle-i-admins] configuring institutional search

The only one I find is:

# eaglei.noderegistry.url=http://dev.search.eagle-i.net/node-registry

as you can see, it is commented out.

@Marc:
Yes, I would like to know how to configure the upper right search bar on
our institutional landing page (https://eagle-i.itmat.upenn.edu) to return
only Penn results.
