Simple Ontology Mapping Tool

Integrating data across institutions can be difficult. Each institution has its own standards for naming concepts and categorizing data. Shrimp was developed to help solve this problem for institutions implementing systems, such as SHRINE, where multiple ontologies and taxonomies need to be mapped to a central core ontology. Shrimp allows users to import or to create many-to-many mappings from site-specific ontologies to a central core ontology.
