It turns out that with one of the latest Wordpress updates, they changed
how short codes worked (the [site-url] bit). All of our navigation
sources are served from our 'content site', which is a Wordpress site.
In the sweet navigation, we are/were using javascript that contained a
short code. This has now been changed. If you restart your applications
to pick up the new navigation source, you should be all set.<br>

Could you double check your properties file? Those two links are
technically served by different applications and use a different
navigation source (although they look similar). The SWEET application
uses the property
"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.sweetNavbarUrl"/"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.sweetFooterNavbarUrl"
& the landing page (second link you mentioned) use the property
"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.institutionNavbarUrl"/"eaglei.ui.gwt.uiconfig.institutionFooterNavbarUrl".<br>
