What does it say in your institution.log? What kind of issues are you running into specifically? If there is nothing informative in your institution.log, could you turn the log settings&nbsp;to debug?<br class="">

Reinstalling Institution application did not fix the issue; I'm getting the same error messages, which seems like a memory leak issue. We use the Institution application, so&nbsp;unless I can figure out a solution within the next day or so, we're going to rollback
 our server to 3.4.2.&nbsp;<br class="">

I also ran into an issue during the update. However, my log includes exceptions before SEVERE: Error listenerStart. I'm not sure if the issues are related. You can see my log&nbsp;file in an earlier post to the admin group, but I still have not found a solution.<br class="">
