[Eagle-i-admins] Release notes for 4.2.0 and 4.3.0

Dear admins,

We appreciate your patience and are finally able to distribute the release notes for the last two eagle-i versions. Please note that there is no version 4.1.0.  Some notable changes in these versions:

  *   Upgraded several dependencies to latest.
  *   Refactoring and re-arranging of CSS & UI components
