Hi Jim,

I apologize - the release is available for download (and we have it running on our production nodes) but we're still in the process of updating the public-facing documentation.  Some of our key staffers are in Japan this week but I expect to makee at least some of the updates regarding 4.3.0 by COB tomorrow (March 1st).
