[Eagle-i-admins] Missing Browse button on home page for version 3.2.0

Sorry, this is another side effect that has occurred with our new look and feel. I will hop on those release notes ASAP and send those around today.

  We are currently on 3.2.0 and noticed that the browse button is missing from the home page (it does still appear on other pages).  Was this a side effect of the 3.4 upgrade to the central site?
