[Eagle-i-admins] Can't install Institution when updating to 3.7.2

eagle-i sys admins, 

I've updated our eagle-i node to 3.7.2. Repository and SWEET applications are working, but I'm running into issues with the Institution app:

I looked at the catalina logs and I saw this:

Has anyone else run into issues installing Institution app when updating to 3.7.x? I'm going to try and reinstall Institution app again.
