[Eagle-i-admins] Auto-complete in SWEET not working and Ontology Browser down

Hi,

I accessed the ontology browser through the header of SWEET: https://search.eagle-i.net:8443/model/

I was able to access https://search.eagle-i.net/model and use the ontology browser.

Thank you for your thorough investigation into the issue. 


We recently made a change to our servers which has caused some of the links in the header and footer of the application to fail. If you or your curator arrived at the Ontology Browser via one of these links, it is expected that it will fail. We are fixing this issue and it will be reflected tomorrow. In the meantime, you can access the Browser by navigating to https://search.eagle-i.net/model directly. 


We're looking into what might be happening with your SWEET. This issue is not showing up in the 2 other nodes we've looked at. 


Could you try going straight to the Ontology Browser with the above link and let me know if you are able to view & use it?

Leaving aside your other questions for the moment, by "ontology browser" do you mean https://search.eagle-i.net/model ? 

It's up and responsive for me right now. (I also haven't received any alerts today about any issues the underlying server, though of course that in and of itself is inconclusive)
