[Eagle-i-admins] very basic questions

We are looking at using eagle-i for research resources and have been using the sandbox and a Amazon Web Services site for testing as we plan to use AWS if we proceed. While I am not a member of the IT dept, I have easily completed all of the steps with the exception of the SSL certificate.

1. Do I need to get a CSR from AWS and reissue my certificate? It currently is on another server and installed properly. I tried copying the files over to AWS, but as I SSH into the site
cd /opt/eaglei/install
sh /bin/cert-install.sh -b ca.crt -c cert.crt -k key.pem
I receive a message "No such file or directory - even though I can see the files on the AWS server and I
am in the correct directory.

2. Also, if we proceed and have our IT department get involved with an installation, and we use Amazon Web Services, what level of skill will be needed for upgrades/updates to the software entail?

Thank you for any assistance. I apologize for the rookie questions.
Kathie
