[Eagle-i-admins] Need assistance getting eagle-i running properly

Hi Russ,

You should be fine with just replacing the sweet.war and  
institution.war files, as they will overwrite files in the sweet/ and  
institution/ folders. You could remove those folders to make sure it's  
a clean install (those folders will get re-created when you restart  
Tomcat anyways).
