About Philip

Philip Trevvett is the ontology lead and data curator for Harvard SHRINE, and has also coordinated SHRINE ontology activities beyond Harvard, such as the ontology management for the SHRINE National Demo.  He was also a core member of the team that developed the Autism Phenotype Ontology that has been used both to enhance usability of Autism related datasets, and as a means to analyze ASD screening tools and diagnostic instruments.

In his free time, Philip is also heavily involved in helping to start a food co-op grocery store that will promote local foods, and helps manage a local community farm that is conserved by the state.
