About David
David Walend is a tech lead for Harvard Catalyst’s Biomedical Informatics Program, working on the SHRINE project. David’s professional interests include graph algorithms, planning systems, design for reliability, open source software, and teaching and learning software engineering, especially in Scala. He has made a career of helping smart people solve difficult problems, which has led to a most interesting life.
